Brown aluminum oxide F80 for blasting 噴砂用棕剛玉是一種化學(xué)成分為氧化鋁的人工磨料，它的主要原材料是鋁礬土、無煙煤，鐵霄。經(jīng)過高溫電弧爐2000度以上的冶煉，將鋁礬土中的雜質(zhì)清除，留下棕色的氧化鋁結(jié)晶塊。因此，控制棕剛玉中的雜質(zhì)對棕剛玉的質(zhì)量性能指標(biāo)有直接影響。棕剛玉的冶煉設(shè)備分為固定爐和傾倒?fàn)t，制成的棕剛玉塊中氧化鋁含量也會根據(jù)在爐內(nèi)不同部位有所不同。通常選用94-95含量的一級塊料作為制造棕剛玉一級砂的材料。棕剛玉中氧化鋁的含量越高，其硬度、韌性、磨削力等技術(shù)指標(biāo)越高。

After smelting at temperatures above 2000 degrees in a high-temperature electric arc furnace, impurities in the bauxite are removed, leaving behind brown alumina crystal blocks. Therefore, controlling impurities in brown corundum has a direct impact on the quality performance indicators of brown corundum. The smelting equipment for brown corundum is divided into fixed furnace and pouring furnace, and the alumina content in the produced brown corundum blocks will also vary depending on different parts of the furnace. Usually, first grade block materials with a content of 94-95 are used as the material for manufacturing brown corundum first grade sand. The higher the content of alumina in brown corundum, the higher its technical indicators such as hardness, toughness, and grinding force.
